As a small research institute, Caltech values ??the academic well-being of its students. To protect health, privacy and  the security of our university, The school tour is designed for undergraduate students who are currently in high school / or students looking for.

apply for admission. After two years of independent and self-guided tours, we are delighted to welcome guests who have enrolled in student-led school tours.Also! All guests must register for the tour before arriving. Please read the information on this page carefully before your Caltech visit.

 Campus sightseeing programs for undergraduate students are limited. School visit dates are published 1 to 3 months in advance.All buildings on campus, including the reception center, are still closed to the public, except the Hameetman Center. Guests can visit the Caltech Mall and Red Door Market, located at the Hameetman Center, and follow all directions sent through the door. Caltech wants everyone on campus to wear health insurance coverage properly while indoors. Please avoid bringing pets on time.

Visitors who are ill or show  should not attend the school. All guests at the reception center must provide proof of complete immunization, instructions from Caltech students and staff. From January 18, 2022, requires Caltech vaccination including an enhancement, if eligible. Visitors have not yet received adequate vaccination, including those the memorial has not yet been received.

WiSTEM is a free, one-day program for non-binary colleges as well as high school students who want to learn more about what Caltech has to offer. Finally, we hope students will have a better understanding of whether Caltech is a place where they can find themselves learning and growing within their college years.Bouman’s research also highlights the nature of the scientific relationship with Caltech, with experts in signal processing, computer vision, machine learning and physics all working together to achieve new scientific advances and innovative technologies.

Dr. Bouman is a Rosenberg Scholar and Assistant Professor of Computer and Mathematics (CMS) at Caltech. Prior to joining Caltech, Drs. Bouman is a postdoctoral fellow on the Event Horizon Telescope project that released the first photo of the black hole in April 2019. His research focuses on mathematical diagrams, which allow researchers to see complex or cultural events . even impossible to detect.

All callers will receive detailed information about the application and financial assistance system. Students will learn about Caltech’s competitive application process and connect with admissions consultants who will review their application in the fall.

Caltech Summer Outreach: The STEM program is designed for women to provide ongoing students with information about the college experience. Enrollees to in-depth enrollment and opportunities for women and non-binary students at Caltech will be exposed through panels, humorous tutorials, workshops, and other touches and educational grants, living conditions, employment opportunities and research.

Prior to registration, all registrants and visitors should review and adhere to the  Caltech safety forecast. At the very least, all registrants and visitors must have a vaccine. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, each registrar has the right to register only one adult guest. Registration for the first one is coming, preceding which will close when we arrive authorized or Friday, July 22nd.

The program will focus on students ’experiences from the development of a history that does not reflect and / or insecurity in STEM. These backgrounds may include, but are not limited to, sex, gender, first generation in college, race / ethnicity, low-income students, and rural students. This year’s human event will take place on October 10, 2022, and during the all-paid tour, selected participants will have a unique opportunity.
